Admission Process
ADMISSION PROCESS
At Balad Private Schools, we make our admission process smooth, transparent, and welcoming for both parents and pupils. Whether you’re enrolling your child for the first time or transferring from another school, our goal is to make the transition as easy as possible.
Below is a step-by-step guide to our admission process:
1. Inquiry and Information Gathering
Parents or guardians can visit the school or contact our admissions office to:
- Ask about available classes and age requirements.
- Get detailed information on tuition fees and other charges.
- Obtain an admission form from the school’s administrative office.
Our friendly staff are always available to answer questions and guide you through the process.
2. Purchase and Submission of Admission Form
After obtaining the admission form:
- Fill in your child’s details carefully (name, age, previous school, etc.).
- Attach the required documents, which may include:
- Birth certificate or age declaration
- Passport-sized photographs
- Immunization or medical report
- Transfer certificate or last school report (if applicable)
- Submit the completed form to the school’s admission office.
3. Entrance Assessment or Interview
To ensure proper class placement, an entrance test or informal interview is conducted to assess
your child’s:
- Basic literacy (reading and writing)
- Numeracy (counting and simple arithmetic)
- Communication and social interaction skills (especially for lower classes)
4. Parent Interview (When Applicable)
In some cases, a short meeting with the parents or guardians may be arranged to:
- Discuss the child’s educational background and readiness.
- Explain the school’s curriculum, rules, and expectations.
- Address any questions or special needs the child may have.
5. Admission Offer
Successful applicants will receive an Admission Letter or Offer of Placement.
Parents are then requested to:
- Pay the acceptance fee or part of the school fees to confirm the space.
- Proceed to the next stage of registration.
6. Payment of Fees and Documentation
Parents are required to pay all relevant fees, which may include:
- Tuition and registration fees
- Uniforms and stationeries
- Textbooks and other learning materials
All requested documents must be submitted to complete the child’s registration.
7. Orientation and Resumption
New pupils may be invited for an orientation session to help them settle comfortably into
school life.
Classes then commence on the official resumption date announced by the school.
